Requesting a Return

Need to return or exchange an item? You can submit a return request directly from your account in just a few steps:

1. Sign in to your account


Visit your customer account page and log in using the email address you used when placing your order. You'll receive a one-time code sent to your email (no password needed)


2. Find your order


Go to your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you'd like to return


Start your return request: Click on the return option from your order status page


3. Select items to return


Choose which items you'd like to return and provide the reason for return and product condition

4. Submit your request


Review your return details and submit your request

5. Wait for approval

We'll review your return request and send you an email with our decision. If approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions

6. Ship your items back


Follow the shipping instructions provided and send your items back to us

Need a Size Exchange?

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, please submit a return request and mention your preferred size(s) in the comments section when selecting your return reason.

Alternatively, you can email us quoting your order number after submitting your self-service return request to let us know what you'd like to exchange.

We'll review your request and make the necessary changes before processing your return.


Important Notes:

Return requests must be submitted within our return window (check our return policy for specific timeframes)

Only fulfilled items are eligible for returns: You'll see an estimated refund amount based on our return policy before submitting your request.
